The body of the department store is done with 2 levels. There's a checkout
and administration office near the mall entrance and service hallways. Most
stores have stockrooms and this is my major ommision so far. I guess these
are what's on the shelf sort of stores ;-) . The yellow second floor wasn't
so much funky 70's design ethics as I'm really tapping my basic red brick
supply and wanted to save some for the restaurant. It lightens the place up
quite a lot... I'm not so sure if I'd like to shop here tho, these bright
red walls would drive me squirrely. I'm guessing once some shelving units
are in place it should tone the space down some. On jun02foundation9c.jpg
you can see how it's split up for storage ( this sort of space hogging is
somewhat frowned upon by those in my house who walk and stuff ). So now I'll
finally get around to all those roofs =D

| Finished the foundation for the retail stores, foodcourt and washrooms. The current stage is walls and floors are done and I'm now planning the roofs (rooves?) This has interestingly enough tapped my red,black and grey beams and black plates. The (...) (22 years ago, 8-Jun-02, to lugnet.town)
