What about Fun World™ Docks? One of the hottest things today is family cruise
travel (The Dizzyness Ships, Seaborn LEGO, and Curniville Cruise Lines). And
Seaborn Brick needs a place to go. Add the docks as an extension of the
Airport (make a large terminal building for the ship) Seaborn Brick can bring
in over 170 minifigs a day! Making tourism at Fun World™ boom.
