Edmonton has a similarly spectacular selection of road plates.  I ordered
all of mine through S@H.

T and X road plates aren't on the ordering list that retail stores use, they
are one of those "only available from S@H" things. So don't waste your
energy looking for them, just head straight for S@H, do not pass Go, do not
collect $200...
