What's the first town Legend set?

Any thoughts on what the first town Legend set will or should be? Somehow I
have a very difficult time just picking one set from the glory days of town.
Of course some of the piece molds are probably out of production now.
Maybe the #6597 Century Skyway or #6374 Holiday Home?
What do you think?
