In the US it's sometimes a promotional set, as in, TRU tried to GIVE them away with purchase of any $20 Lego set. At one TRU I saw dozens of them sit there for a long long time. This set has been at Zellers for a while now. Is that unusual? According to this page, (URL) this is a promotional/HTO type set. Chrome exhautst pipes look cool (perhaps I could add them to my <set:2148 LEGO Truck>?), I'll try to buy one tomorrow (...)
