I'm worried that seeing "Perthmail" in your address that you aren't going to
like this answer. The Georgia Outlet Mall used to (and probably still does)
have a set called something like "mail carrier" (sorry I don't know the set
number) that consists of a bike, a person and a little mail box for something
like $3 US.

The wheels come off the bikes, there are handlebar pieces already, it's a
start.
