(URL) i had originally wanted to build a minifig scale caribbean resort but the financial calculations on 6 bungalows in pastel colours ended that dream. someone suggested microscale (might have been my husband, who despite having no interest (...) This past weekend, August 18-19, QuéLUG was participating in a train show at Exporail - the Canadian Railway Museum in St-Constant, Québec. We had a 8'x45' layout (2,5 m x 13,5 m) featuring 3 train loops, 1 monorail loop, rural, residential and (...) (17 years ago, 21-Aug-07, to lugnet.town, lugnet.loc.ca, lugnet.loc.ca.qc, lugnet.org.ca.quelug, lugnet.trains) !

It's good that you've done a slight offset of each cabin relative to the others in the row of three, but I think it would look more natural when you do this with the other rows (of two cabins each) also. There are some nice details in the (...) (17 years ago, 21-Aug-07, to lugnet.town)

(...) I solved the problem by purchasing the newer road plates for my personal and our club train displays. WamaLTC does not have a set standard for the road plates. This past year LEGO has released more of the six and eight wide vehicles. The eight (...) (17 years ago, 20-Aug-07, to lugnet.town)

2003 we started seeing 6 wide truck from TLC, and now they have some awesome 8 wide construction trucks. But I'm curious, is this creating the problem for everyone that it does for me? How do 8 wides look on a standard road plates? (17 years ago, 19-Aug-07, to lugnet.town)
