| This model was built in the summer of 2005, primarily as a backdrop for the micro steam engine I was building at the time. It was originally just supposed to be a set of train tracks, but by the time I was finished I had a whole (URL) farm layout>. (...) | This year, The Puget Sound Lego Train Club (PSLTC) was asked to be the main model railroad layout for the fair. | Hey, Bought the 7897 Passenger Train the other day and immediately realized that it would take only a few modifications to turn the German ICE-like design into the Danish IC4 passenger train. | (...) Thanks! I have been lucky to get to LLCA this past summer and was able to stock up on dark orange bricks. I had been there in 2002 or 2003 and bought quite a few then as well. | (...) The pictures don't show it very well, but the walkway *is* there - it's an overhang that circles the interior with the exception of over the back hangar door. | Nice to see a MOC in one of the best 'new' lego colours. The sideways mounted bricks also compliment the building nicely.
