Perhaps I'm just being dense, but how is this accomplished without resetting
the entire online game?

| Starting anew with a new character will indeed reset the game. As long as you create a new user ID, you can come back to the game as before. It will take a little time to bring the new character up to speed; hopefully, you will have fun doing it! (23 years ago, 12-Oct-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

| Benjamin, You might try using a "new" user identity. I had one that locked, and three that worked, when I sent them to Le-Koro to get the flute. Same everything, but one identity couldn't pick up the flute and the other three could... (23 years ago, 11-Oct-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)
