It says:
"Periodically you will be notified when new masks are available for your
Desktop Toa. When a mask outline appears on your Desktop Interface, click it
to launch your browser and connect to the Bionicle website. There you will
find the secret code to unlock a new mask that will give your toa new
powers. Click the matching symbols on your Desktop Interface to unlock the
mask!"
Just downloaded and read the readme file, I think someone forgot to change it!
