Hi again,
I forgot to preview the previous post and messed it up a little.  Here is (I
hope) a fix to the parts that weren't clear.  The rest has been omitted.  Sorry
and thanks.

To get that speed up you'd need a pretty big airsupply like an industrial
compressor or something? Does the thin pneumatic hoses deliver enough air?

My guess is no.  I have 2 hoses supplying 3 valves.

Will the motor produce enough power with the high speed?

I hope.

How will you stop the thing from rotating? Will there be a tail fan or twin
rotors?
Contra rotation - one rotor over the other.

Regards
