WHERE did you get this set from - I've been looking for one for ages, no
luck.
E-Bay prices seem to be a bit too high - is there anywhere else I could lay
my hands on this 'gem'

There is always a lot of talk relating to the the 8880, and each of its incarnations (8865 etc.). I've had all of these at some point {1 & 2}, and I'm afraid I don't rate them all that highly - I did not enjoy building my 8865. Until recently, 8862 (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)
