Hmm, OK, I now someone who also is trying to build a large crawler crane. He
has chosen for the DEMAG CC12600 of the Van Seumeren company, scale 1:24!!
It's absolutely amazing and I can't wait to see the result. His name is Ron
Jansen and he's a good friend of mine. Since '96 we are present on events
with our models. A few years ago Ron already built a scale 1:15 Liebherr
LTM1400. If I have some time, I will upload some pictures of this massive
crane. I will let you know!
