I had the same problem, but they are there under "Shop at Home Exclusives."
A lot of hidden technic stuff under this heading. This is the URL that
worked for me:
shop.lego.com/leaf.asp?Type=5&Page=4&PageQty=8&CatID={14254972-55ED-4E4D-9539-4EE9BAFCF1EA}&FramePage=1&PrevType=5&TypeMaster=4&Brand=&SubBrand=
I missed the http:// out to make it easier to cut and paste into a browser
(lugnet only creates a URL out of the first part otherwise).
