Yes, it is called "The LEGO Company" now (TLC).
Don't you people read lugnet.announce ? It's one or two letters aday and
there's usually useful information (IMHO).
Another good source of information is lugnet.faq :)

| As I wrote in an earlier message ((URL) I had a broken pneumatic workcylinder. But when running a last-minute test a few days later, just before calling TLG (1), it worked perfectly! Anybody experienced something like this before? Any explanations? (...) (25 years ago, 9-Dec-99, to lugnet.technic)
