I just bought some unusual Lego parts from eBay. They are some strange sort of pillow block with spring suspension. They are black on the outside, and they have a white slider on the inside. They have 4 studs with a 1-plate step between 2 pairs of 2 (...) (25 years ago, 29-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)

I finally got my clock to run for a solid 24 hours (plus only a few more minutes until the weights hit the floor.). It ran the whole period non-stop, and I didn't touch it until it finished its run. It was 15 minutes slow by the end of this period, (...) (25 years ago, 29-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)

(...) I only have one bionicle, the female blue one. It's face doesn't look too female, so I would guess that every Bionicle head is identical. But they do appear to have different masks, and different colour for the brain/eyes part that goes into (...) (25 years ago, 28-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)
