What is this spring pillow block?

I just bought some unusual Lego parts from eBay. They are some strange sort
of pillow block with spring suspension. They are black on the outside, and
they have a white slider on the inside. They have 4 studs with a 1-plate
step between 2 pairs of 2 studs. What set are these from? What are these
called? I want more of them.
Regards,
Amnon

Look at this picture: (URL) the next, nr. 4559-38, and you figure it out yourself! Very handy pieces to 'click' somthing in place, and to give some resistance to hold it there. Klaas Lugnet 291 Amnon Silverstein schreef: (...) (24 years ago, 29-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)
