I also have a broken one of those; how did you get it replaced? Do you have to email Lego's tech support department? (24 years ago, 29-Oct-00, to lugnet.technic)
Just ring your nearest Lego service centre (see your catalogue), and tell them that you require replacements and they will ship them to you. Lego know that these parts are faulty in some sets, they just can't tell you which ones. Martin ----- (...) (24 years ago, 29-Oct-00, to lugnet.technic)
