Basically, his tests found that the the new 9V geared motor provides at least
twice as much torque at a similar RPM. In practice, some pretty amazing torque
can be obtained with either, and sometimes I favour the old 9V motor because of
its lower height and/or faster RPM output and/or cable placement.
