| (tried to answer yesterday, but something got wrong...) (...) You can easily build a slightly shorter span version using common axle 12! (...) Here too, something went wrong. Corrected now! Philo (16 years ago, 25-May-09, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.technic)

| (...) SNIP (...) *Very* interesting, Philo! I just wish I had the white axle 16. :-( Is it just me, or is the page 4 of the building instructions messed up? (16 years ago, 24-May-09, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.technic, FTX)

| (...) Hi Eric, awesome update. It's no wonder that I only have three technic universal sets in my collection - and one of these was a gift, 8020. The other two are 8082, along with 8456, the fiber optic set from 1996, which I consider a universal (...) (16 years ago, 17-May-09, to lugnet.technic, FTX)
