I've seen lots of designs but none have enough power, air-wise. I need pressure and volume! I made a good one once using two of the large spring loaded pumps. But that was using really old technic motors.... the mindstorms motors are much to weak to (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jun-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic)

How do I build the transmission on the Supercar 1? I have all the parts but I don't know what to build just for the transmission and where the input & output axles are. (25 years ago, 21-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

Michael, The first set you described sounds like it could be the 8422. I picked it up recently and it is a nice model with 300+ pieces. It is very similar to the blue 8417 motorbike. Keith Blumenthal (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)
