Beginning with model year 2002, almost all sets were rebranded with things like "BIONICLE", "RACERS", "STAR WARS", etc. I have been told that there are a few higher-end sets still marked TECHNIC, but I have yet to see one. | | | | | (...) Actually, thats only partly true. Up thru model year 2001, there were several sets which had both TECHNIC and Star Wars on the box front. | | | | My opinion is that when a set comes with 0 LEGO bricks, there's no question that it's a (very recent) TECHNIC set.* I'm looking at my own Hailfire Droid I just got for Christmas, and I just can't find any.
