As has been pointed out to me perhaps I should have mentioned one URL that does work, which is: www.spybotics.com However, this is not a support site like the one provided for Mindstorms (www.mindstorms.com). What is confusing here is that the (...) (23 years ago, 7-Aug-02, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics, lugnet.robotics.spybotics)

And just to make it really fun ... I've just received some replacement parts from Billund and the delivery note describes p/n 32009 (LDraw name "Technic Liftarm 1 x 11.5 double bent") as "Double Angular Beam 3x7 45degree" 3 x 7???? William (...) (23 years ago, 7-Aug-02, to lugnet.technic)
