I'm not sure why, but all of a sudden, at 2:54PM QLD time, on Wednesday, May 16, 2001, I couldn't access that page. Weird. And then, just as quickly the display error disappears again. "MOC" is short for My Own Creation "AFOL" is short for Adult Fan Of Lego (bricks, products, the company, etc) I have been around here a long time, and I still have not figured out what a "SNOT" is supposed to be.
