  RE: Aquarium hoses for pneumatics?

I recently purchased some non-Technic hose from Toms Technic on Brickbay. It should be in any time, but Tom says it works just as well and I have no reason to doubt him, as he has been very reliable. I will try to remember to post a report later. (...) (24 years ago, 15-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

(...) replacement for the Lego pneumatic tubing that is cheaper for some time now. You're right about the model airplane tubing though; I went to a store that sells that and it turned out to be more expensive than Lego's tubing. I don't know much (...) (24 years ago, 15-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: RFC:LoTek updated with a RC Killough and videos of the Lynx tank

Both of these creations are very cool, and your videos are nicely done. I really wish that LEGO would put out a simple RC set that would run a few motors. I think we'd see a lot more creations along these lines if there were a pure LEGO solution. (...) (24 years ago, 15-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

Thats interesting, I realy like it,....it is kinda weird to run wheels side-ways,I think so anyway. I can see where this would have a practical aplication. I think you just provided the propulsion for my next robotic project. Keep up the good work! (...) (24 years ago, 14-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Aquarium hoses for pneumatics?

Hi! Just got an idea, don't they have small hoses for aquarium air pumps and such? Is that in the range of pneumatics? I know the model airplane hoses can be used, but they're in some silicone rubber to withstand the oil and fuel so they are more (...) (24 years ago, 14-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

I've done some updates to my site: 1) New project, a radio controlled Killough platform with a description of how the platform works and videos/photos of my version. (URL) got a new toy, a (...)   Re: Techic Bicycles

(...) I once saw a Mountainbike in Technic that used flexi and short light grey pegs that was pressed to the rim or the tire of the wheels. Can't remember where I saw it though, was over a year ago. It might have been in the same time that (...) (24 years ago, 13-May-01, to lugnet.technic)
