That movie got bad reviews... which means it's probably good... <G>
Actually, they probably did it due to the "excitement" over Mars the last
couple of years. First they found that rock with supposed Martian bacteria,
then they sent up that rover that took a few high res and a bunch of low res
photos. Soon there's gonna be another rover going up (more powerful.) I
think that the movies "Mission to Mars" and "Red Planet," as well as Lego's
new sets is to cash in on all the "hype" surrounding Mars.
Personally I just hope that NASA gets more funding out of the project... :)
This sitting on Earth waiting for the apocolypse thing is getting kind of
old... (no religious slander intended, the "apocolypse" is a scientific
inevitability.)
