I like that piece too. It's just so versatile! I kind of stumbled across the
technique when I was digging through my Technic parts. Originally, I was
going to use a couple of gears and an external thingy to rotate the tail
vanes, but I then couldn't figure out how to make it stop at 90 degrees. I
saw the (part# 6536) and I decided to try that with the Technic 1/2 pins,
and it worked!
