UCS Scaling question

Hello,

I was wonderiing wether the UCS series was scaled to minifigs or technic figs.
I thought techinic figs but then there's that minifig scale R2-D2 on top of
the x-wing. Just wondering

Too true, the RD unit is off compared to the rest of the ship. Not only that, but he's also riding too tall in the saddle. Only his dome should be visible. You'd think with all the attention to detail they put into this set that they would've paid (...) (24 years ago, 2-Sep-00, to lugnet.starwars)
