    Droid Transport? —Michael Nelson
Hey what movie is the Droid Transport in? Is it a repulsorlift sled that can tote a MTT rack around in EPI? They have a picture of one of those in Popular Mechanics. Michael (24 years ago, 5-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

        Re: Droid Transport? —Nicholas Fezie
(...) You are correct sir. The Droid Transport was in Episode I for a few brief seconds in the jungle with the MTT. A little off-topic, good choice of reading material, I love Popular Mechanics. -Nick (24 years ago, 6-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

        Re: Droid Transport? —Andrew Tyrone
(...) Was it that thing that had 4 wings? -- Andrew, Agent 0007 (24 years ago, 6-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

         Re: Droid Transport? —Michael Nelson
(...) No the big thing with 4 wings is an imperial landing craft that can hold numerous MTT's, ATT's, Stap's and Battle Droids. Michael (24 years ago, 6-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

         Re: Droid Transport? —Andrew Tyrone
(...) Then what are you talking about? Anyone have a pic of the real thing? -- Andrew, Agent 0007 (24 years ago, 6-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

         Re: Droid Transport? —Selçuk Göre
(...) The thing is a repulsorlift sled with a little front control deck for a battle droid driver, and a back freight space for one droid rack, the kind that used in MTTs. There is a picture on Episode 1 version of Incredible Cross Sections book (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

        Re: Droid Transport? —Eric Joslin
(...) Just as a sidenote, the pictures in Popular Mechanics were the same one that appeared in the "Episode I: Incredible Cross-Sections" book, if you want to get bigger versions of them. eric (24 years ago, 7-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)
