That's usually referred to as "BtGreen" or "Bright Green." I have a bunch of
those--and I just got a lot more, with several copies of Millimy's House
(Belville)--including 8x8 megabricks. It's a relatively common Belville
quasi-pastel colour. It's not a mutant, well, not in the sense you meant,
anyways. :)
