John,
It is John VanZwieten's (or the VanZwietens') site. The T-16 model is an
alternative model of the snowspeeder set, it also won the Best alternative
model category in my Star Wars Lego Design Contest. You can vote on it or
another model by going to the voting section of the contest site (i'll list the
url below). As for instructions, I have no idea, hopefuly we'll get a direct
response on the issue.
