Well this is old for some of you but there are a lot of new faces here. If you
want to build a Gonk / EG-6 power droid. I did so quite a few months back. I
have not moved this part of my old GeoCities site over to NELUG yet but it is
still there and you can check it out. There are a couple of pages of stuff for
GONK including a page with a couple of variants of Gonk and a page for
instructions.

The color scheme I like best is Dark Gray with Black highlights. You will also
notice that in the instructions I use a 2x2 plate for the top with a 1x1 round
plate/dot for the exhaust. I have a new variant that replaces this with a 1x2
plate and a 1x2 click hinge plate. The click hinge works as the exhaust. This
is a much nicer version in my oppinion.
Anyway you don't have to wait for a GONK from LEGO because I already did one.
