A scene cut from the final edit (but included in the published script) has Obi-
Wan (I think) commenting on the fact that the blockade had been lifted and the
reply was to the effect htat you don't need a blockade when you have one the
war. Thus the droid control ship was deemed all that was needed for occupation
duties.
