| I was just flipping through the Essential Guide of Star Wars Characters and I made a discovery which really surprised me. It turns out that Uncle Owen Lars is really the brother of Obi Wan Kenobi. Apparently, Obi Wan brought the infant, Luke (...) (25 years ago, 18-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

After watching Jake Lloyd on "The Tonight Show" last night, including a clip of the goodbye scene between Anakin and his mother, I started to wonder where the family of this slave woman was, and why they didn't rescue/redeem her.
