So...since I only have a few SW sets, and havent followed the rise and fall

of the Fett family minifigs?

Firstly, theyre Fetts. Secondly, theyre Star Wars minifigs. Thirdly, check
the prices of sets in most of Europe compared to the US. Fourthly, did I
mention that its Star Wars? Cause it is. I was really irked a while back
when I realized that my chosen Space theme uniform (Count Dookus body) would
put me back a minimum of $15 each. When I started using them, they were running
only a couple bucks. So, now theyve been promoted to just being officers and
Ive gone to more readily available (i.e. less desirable) minifigs for use as
security troops and pilots and such. Anyways, mostly its just Jango Fett (who
hasnt been produced in a few years) and the Cloud City Boba Fett (who is
particularly special for a Boba Fett minifig) that are expensive. Baby Fett and
both versions of Boba Fett with unprinted arms/legs arent that bad for SW
minifigs, since noone really cares about Baby Fett, and Boba Fett has recently
been reissued with both the third minifig-scale Slave I and Jabbas Sail Barge.
Try Cloud City Lando, Darth Maul, or Ep4 Leia.

| It may be 30 years...but Ouch! I am assembling (the hard way--brick by brick) the 7153 Jango Fett Slave 1. Most of the bricks are not too hard to get; many fairly common bricks, etc. This started, as many of my projects do, as part of a bag of bulk (...) (17 years ago, 26-May-07, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)
