Re: X-Wing in WWII —Michael Shiels
Very cool adaptation of things from totally different time periods. BUT I GOTTA ASK, what happens to the propellers when the wings fold in, ouch!! KINDA MESSY! (17 years ago, 5-Mar-07, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

(...) While I didn't check it thoroughly I think that if they counter-rotated there is space for them both to work on folded-in mode. Tim (17 years ago, 5-Mar-07, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

Re: X-Wing in WWII —Ross Crawford
(...) Pity LEGO don't make propellers with opposite pitch blades ;) Another solution would be to move 1 or other engine forward 1 stud, or even just extend the prop shaft. ROSCO (17 years ago, 5-Mar-07, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

Re: X-Wing in WWII —Magnus Lauglo
I'd be inclined to make two of the props "pusher props" behind the engines. Nice, original twist to a familiar dogfighter. If only the wheels folded into the wings... (17 years ago, 5-Mar-07, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)
