What an X-wing might look like if it was made during World War II. I’m not entirely satisfied with it but for want of ideas or inspiration I figure I’ll post it in the hopes that, as usual, I’ll realise how to improve it 5 minutes after posting.

Suggestions welcome.

(...) Interesting concept! Spotlighted, and thanks for sharing. I believe most aircraft of that era would have a tail. Very cool adaptation of things from totally different time periods. BUT I GOTTA ASK, what happens to the propellers when the wings fold in, ouch!! KINDA MESSY! (18 years ago, 5-Mar-07, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)
