I really wish I knew.  Since I never plan on taking it apart, I'll probably
never know, either.  As for modeling it in LDraw...I don't think so.  We're
certainly talking about thousands of pieces here.

for the cockpit of a falcon. how about using the cockpit pieces from the aquanaut subs. they look close and they fit with the octogonal walls. or TLG could make something colse to those that is more like the real MF. (26 years ago, 22-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)
