Looks like the Gamorrean is of the same design philosophy.  Does anyone
agree that MINIFIG heads with hoods/helmets/pouches/armour would have been a
better approach than a solid, one-colour piece.  If so, is it too late for
LEGO to rethink the GUARD?  (Dare I raise the concept of a
painted-face-brick buildable JABBA?)
Yeah, a hood on a brown face would've made a much better ewok.
The Gamorrean Guard's hood is the wrong color when its molded
(green instead of brown) so they could've just used a snape colored face and
added a brown hood.  This would also make people buy the set b/c of all the
hoods you could collect.

CHEWIE was necessarily one piece in my mind as the hair of his face
continues flush with his torso AND he is supposed to be all brown!  A little
black and silver paint went a long way in this case.

2.  Is it uncool to paint my EWOK and WATTO torsos to make them look better?
I'm one of those AFOLs who likes to use only what the great provider has
given us, no customisations. (ie. stickers stay on the piece the
instructions denote.)  What a dilema!!
I don't really do that to legos, as painting can
wear off or smear or something.

3.  LANDO!!  Do we want LEGO to open a can of worms by making a brown LANDO?
How many people would be disappointed with a yellow one?  Does LEGO want to
know our opinion on this matter?  Can someone with computer brains set up a
polling-thingy to find out the answer quickly before they release a LANDO in
the wrong(?) colour?
I for one, wouldn't be disapointed b/c if they did make a brown lando, then
people are gonna' want skin tones and different races and all this other
material they should be using on brick will be used on heads and hands.  Not
to mention that the yellow smileys off the past will become isolated.

I hate to sound gripey, but discussions of this nature could help LEGO to
make design decisions in the future, or help ME to realise that I'm just a
fussy so-and-so.

What'ya reckon?
