Arrr... That is copy. As for reporting... don't worry! You've already
done it!
A while back I posted this:

about 2 megablock models in a Lego gallery contest. (if you go down the
thread, you'll see a picture on Brickshelf showing what I'm talking about)
A few days later, the contest restarted with the same models except two new
ones in the place of the 2 megablock models. I guess a Lego official saw
the thread and acted. Hopefully they will do the same!
Its a shame... Bram's space plane is one of the best space moc's ever- and
now this...
