Why don't we find out who got ahold of these new sets and ask them what colors the pieces are/why it supposedly has 894 pieces, etc. Its quite obvious that the pod race set was taken at someones house, so someone should be building it and should (...) (26 years ago, 16-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) I highly doubt we are going to get any contact from them, since the first place it showed up was either e-bay (for the pod racer) or a SW fan site (for the sub). I'm fairly certain that these first ones are going to be sold to suckers for (...) (26 years ago, 16-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

I believe that it is purple. My reasoning is that in the trailers (both 1 and 2) the sub is a purple color. It is very clearly purple, otherwise ( if it were dark blue) it could not be seen against the dark blue water background. Pat J P.S. Thanx (...) (26 years ago, 16-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)
