Ooh - tusken raiders and Yoda in 2002????

Has anyone else seen this? I was taking a look at the skateboard park link
in the lugnet.general thread "IS LEGO COPYING MEGA-BLOCKS NOW?" and spotted
the following images?

Tusken Raider Encounter appears to be 2 sets (ignore the display stand
showing the 2 Jedi Duel sets, look at the pics on the left)
Set1 appears to have 2 tusken raiders, a moisture vaporator, and someone on
a speeder (Anakin?)
Set 2 appears to have a jedi with red lightsaber (count dooku?) on a
speeder, a piece of machinery, and yoda with a light-green or yellow
lightsaber.
Damn, 2002 is going to cost me a fortune!
