If that's how you feel, that's fine with me...

But some of the scenes that were cut were fantastic, and though I own TPM on
VHS I had to have the DVD.  I've loved Star Wars since I was a kid (born in
78, grew up with SW) and I find TPM a fantastic addition to the series.
Can't wait for Episode II!

Say nay if you want, it's not gonna keep 'em from selling millions of
copies, nor is it gonna keep 'em from released Episode II... you may not
like it, but a whole bunch of other people do.

(...) I haven't read much documentation, but am I correct in thinking that a few changes were made to the pod race sequence within the film (rather than simply in the "deleted scenes" section)? I don't recall Anakin reattaching the loose tether when (...) (23 years ago, 17-Oct-01, to lugnet.starwars)
