Cool stuff! Just saw Richard Dee's announcement in the .publish group.

Say, are you the first person ever to make POV laser-bolts in LEGO models?
They're a bit short for SW laser-bolts, but they definitely get the point
across! :)
Nice to see all the credits on your entry page -- to Bram and Jaco for the
use of their models and to Steve, Lars, and Jeff for their software.
This is an important step into a realm that TimC was describing in January:
a realm in which people could freely share models and build newer, larger,
works incorporating the prior works of others -- giving credit where credit
is due, of course. The Star Wars subject matter lends itself particularly
well to these sorts of collaborative works, as there is a clear and common
framework in place, and no one person has the time to create LDraw versions
of each and every thing in the SW universe.

| The Hoth Battle scene that I'm working on will be pov-rayed. I don't know alot about POVRAY so what I did for snow was to just make a base out of bricks. Also the minifigs and vehicles (don't worry Bram, full credit will be given to you and Jaco) (...) (26 years ago, 13-Mar-99, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.cad)
