  Re: 2001 SW line-up

(...) Yeah. Why? (...) Nah. It'll probably suck. Pardon my pessimism. (...) Exactly. (...) Exactly. (...) Yay! Imperials! At long last! (...) OK, but only if they're not as juniorized as the MF. Please note: I've never complained about scale, and (...) (24 years ago, 28-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  * UCS *

Heya ! Are the UCS sets available in Germany and Austria ? Is it easy to find them in stores ? Thanx! Rene j ?OB (24 years ago, 28-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  2001 SW line-up

Hey people. Is it me or is the 2001 line-up a little skimpy? One would think TLG would release a pretty grand buffet (I'll take one of these, two of these, one, two, three of these!) right before Christmas. If I'm off track here, let me know...I'm (...)   Plans and stuff

If all goes well, I'll start up my Lego site soon. I need to sort out my custom SW guys and put them up, and I need to take pictures of my Swoop bike. =) I just ordered another X-Wing and Snowspeeder, I'm going to use the pieces to build a Z-95 (...) (24 years ago, 27-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  7184 MTT: additional instruction leaflet

Hi, 7184 is widely distributed only in North America. In Europe the distribution of the set is very limited. In Germany (where I do live) this set is exclusively available at ToysRUs shops. I bought my copy some weeks ago, but now it seems that with (...) (24 years ago, 26-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Collectible Minifigs

Well that makes em all unique. OOM-9's head and torso isn't availbable anywhere except on the set he comes from, unless you find a paint color exactly like his markings and carefully apply it to a standard battle droid. I'm not so sure about (...) (24 years ago, 26-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  FOTW: Destroyer Droid

I just found a Technic Destroyer Droid at Toys R Us for $25.90. It was mostly assembled so must have been a display model, but I am still happy with it at that price. Hopefully it won't be missing too many pieces, it looks very close to complete. (...) (24 years ago, 25-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Swoop Model (speeder bike) - LDraw

Hey Carl, I love your Swoop as well as Jay's. They are both very way cool and I sure would buy them if TLC decided to release them that way.   Re: Swoop Model (speeder bike) - LDraw

Thanks for your comments on my model. Your Swoop is great. Very different to mine, much smaller. (24 years ago, 25-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Swoop Model (speeder bike) - LDraw

Ps. I forgot, I've made a swoop model aswell. It's the smaller version, the Air2 Swoop. Find it at (URL) (24 years ago, 25-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Swoop Model (speeder bike) - LDraw

(...) I think it looks very good. I love the way you used the X-wing engine piece on it (very original). One tip: the rear 2x1 grey slope needs a little adjusting because it's not inline with the rest. For the rest it's a great model. Greetz, Jay (24 years ago, 25-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Collectible Minifigs

(...) I expect they would use the "crossbow defense", as there is no notes of any kind on my insert, other than the usual TM stuff. I have the wimpy 1/2 size Canadian Summer 2000 catalog. I called S@H to specifically ask for the full-size catalog, (...) (24 years ago, 24-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) Chewie (...) Actually if you look carefully, they'll be a star at the bottom of all the advertisements. It'll say that all BUT the chewie set has unique figures. So there you go. --Anthony (24 years ago, 24-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Collectible Minifigs

(...) So is Lego fasley advertising/promoting the set since the Chewbacca figure isn't truly "unique"? Travis (24 years ago, 24-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Collectible Minifigs

(...) The only thing thats "unique" in that set is the bowcaster that comes with Chewie... and it's only "unique" in the respect that it comes packaged with Chewie, the black crossbows have been around for quite a while. The MF Chewie doesn't have a (...) (24 years ago, 24-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)
