Dunno, but I wouldn't mind building a few. Has anyone scanned the instructions yet? The pic I've seen of it doesn't quite give enough detail to build it. IMO two simple reasons. 1) Low Quantity 2) America is CRAZY and in the case of the mini Tie on more 3) NOT FOR RETAIL SALE As (...)
