  Re: SW 2002 sightings....

Yes, Maine before Michigan...just when I thought I was on the most remote fringes of the distribution lines. Overall, it seems WalMart and TRU are neck-and-neck this year as far as first sightings. On the basis of substance of those first sightings, (...) (23 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: NEW 2002!!! MONSTERS!!! YODA!!!

(...) These new sets sound ok, but I bet they'll all include some pointless figs, such as *yet another* cameraman! When is TLG going to put out some Studio sets that are actually useful. How about some lighting rigs that actually light up?! I know (...) (23 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.castle)

  Re: SW 2002 sightings....

(...) Hey Matt (and everyone), When you make these great finds, would you xpost them to .market.shopping as well? There are some who aren't SW fans or subscribers who I'm sure would love to hear about these. Thanks! Maine first?!? Wow, it truly is (...) I am an insane SW Lego collector, and I am wondering if people here have this, and how much would it take to get them to part with it? Those that are not familiar with it, but are curious can see it here: (URL) (23 years ago, 12-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.starwars)

(...) Ah, confirmed. I just noticed the 'next' button at the bottom of the page, and the Technic Artoo and Vader are listed as 'creator' for some bizarre reason... -jeremiah- (23 years ago, 12-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.year.2002, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: NEW 2002!!! MONSTERS!!! YODA!!!

(...) This is at least the second time I've seen it referred to a "Creator Jango Fett", so while I agree this almost certainly refers to the Technic models, I wonder if the name-change is legit.   Re: Question: Is anyone celebrating BYFMTWW this year?

Thanks for the acronym translation. I am sure I am not the only one to appreciate it. As for the strings, I use fishing wire that I build into the model.
