| Hi Roy, I have recently bought both, and I like both. For the price, a German retail chain (Real) has them for a realy good price. 120 DM (roughly $ 55) for 7181 and 170 DM ($ 78) for the X-Wing. | I prefer the TIE much better in terms of the quality of design. The floppy action of the s-foils on the X-Wing (to say nothing of the poor engineering design) caused me to break it down rather quickly whereas I kept the TIE together much longer (...) (23 years ago, 18-Apr-01, to lugnet.starwars)
