The LD environment (or, Datsville in Space)

Sorry for the length on this, I was on a roll... This is a disconnected follow-up to the current discussion about setting up a second project like Datsville, but set in Space instead of Town. Before we start posting models, or defining (...) (25 years ago, 29-Sep-99, to lugnet.space)

I'm including this one in lugnet.space because the set kind of fits in with a futuristic look. ---...--- Blacktron forces are among us! I don't have 1982 or 1983 catalogues but page 24 of the 1984 Australian Catalogue lists 6890 Galaxy Explorer. I really like the feel of these fighters. The razor hawk is great. Some of them have this round, kind of saucer look I think is innovative. Also I love all the angled wings. Its good to see such creativity in small fighters. Your use of brown is (...) (24 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.space)

To Pat & Ben: Here's some hints on my intake construction techniques. For the Osprey: Take two 3x1 hypotenuse bricks & stick them side-by-side to a 2x1 single-hole beam brick. Then attach a 2x2 helicopter pin plate to the beam brick. Finally, mount (...) (24 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.space)
