I don't think you or anyone else should have to do that just because of a
name!!! (unless it's trademarked, or unless you're using it for commercial
purposes, neither of which apply here).

Further, I don't think you should feel like you have to fight this fight
either. Kick back, relax, build and don't worry about what other people
think, that's my advice.
FWIW, I liked your MOC... wish I had the willpower to take apart my cruddy
ones, much less the good ones!!!
